Suffolk Septic Grant is an independent website that helps Suffolk County, NY homeowners understand the county and state grants for replacing cesspools and septic systems, and find installers on the county's approved list.

Independent guide. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Suffolk County, New York State, or any installer. We don't process grant applications or make eligibility decisions. Apply through suffolkcountyny.gov/septicgrants.

Where our information comes from

Grant rules come from Suffolk County Department of Health Services and New York State (DEC/EFC) pages and PDFs, linked on every page. Installer details come from the county's Approved List of SIP Installers (rev. 09-14-2026), and prices from the county's SIP Vendor Cost Ranking documents (rev. 2025-11-06). Listings aren't endorsements.

How we make money

The site is free for homeowners. Installers on the county's approved list can opt in to receive quote requests that homeowners ask us to share; after 3 free requests, they pay a per-request fee (terms for installers). Listings and prices shown are copied from the county's public documents, and installers can't pay to change them. Any paid placement will be clearly labeled.
